Individual and team winners represented the full range of Guernsey’s construction, building and property community.
The Awards aim to highlight and celebrate the contribution which the property and construction sectors make to Guernsey’s economy.

The Rising Star award went to Koen Le Prevost from Alexander Plumbing.
Auburn Gardens was recognised for an outstanding outdoor creation, winning Landscaping Project of the Year.
Engineering Project of the Year was awarded to Guernsey Electricity for its successful undersea electricity cable project.
Sheppards Estate Agents were crowned Property Agent of the Year.
DLM Architects scooped the award for best budget project for their work on The Pool House, which cost under £300,000.
The best project over £300,000 went to Hillstone Construction for the Strawberry Farm development.
Tarmac Services were recognised as being the Industry Supplier of the Year.
Construction Professional of the Year was awarded to Ravenscroft Construction’s Tim Pond.
The special Lifetime Achievement winner for 2022 was Brian Singleton of the Guernsey Building Trades Employers’ Association.

Guernsey Chartered Institute of Building representative Paul Le Tissier said: “’The CIOB is delighted to support this important initiative. It fits perfectly with our commitment to encourage the highest levels of professionalism across all sectors.
“We hope to continue working alongside Julie, Tim and all of the construction and property sectors as part of our focus on supporting business in general.”
Co-founder and organiser of the event Julie Todd said: “This year has seen more customers and businesses involved than ever before.
“It is clear from the number of entries for this year’s awards that local property and construction-related businesses take their work very seriously and understand that great workmanship, on time and on budget, is essential.
“It was a wonderful evening for the winners, but all the finalists should be thrilled to have got this far.”
