It will be donations only and the organisers are aiming to attract beginners as well as people with experience of yoga and reiki.
“It is our hope that we can raise money for this great charity, Guernsey Mind, whilst also helping those dealing with mental health challenges and raising awareness of the benefits of yoga, meditation and reiki on mental and overall wellbeing,” said Katie Bisson from the BeInspired Yoga Team.
The session will include breath awareness, gentle yoga postures, a 20-minute yoga nidra and the opportunity to channel/receive reiki while resting.
