The Royal couple were met by islanders on Victoria Street before visiting the Alderney Wildlife Trust to see it’s work first-hand.
Pictured: Their Highnesses jumped between Guernsey, Alderney and Sark via helicopter.
The couple also met with politicians, civil servants and other “frontline representatives”.
The President of the States of Alderney, William Tate, said: “We have always enjoyed a very close relationship with Her Majesty The Queen which reflects our unique position in the wider family of The Crown.
“This Royal Visit gave us an excellent opportunity to showcase a snapshot of the things that make our island home so very special. I hope we created a lasting impression on our very welcome Visitors.”
Their Highnesses finished their trip by boarding the Channel Island’s only train while being waved off by school children from St Anne (pictured top).
