Guernsey Arts is organising attractions at the event, which include craft stalls, live music and refreshments as well as art displays.
St Peter Port seafront is closed to traffic from the Weighbridge roundabout to the Albert Pier between 10:00 and 16:00.
Guernsey Arts said the day will “celebrate the wealth of creative talent we have on the island”.
Seafront Sundays have been a regular event in Guernsey’s community calendar for a decade. The arts community has been heavily involved throughout this period.
Today’s event features different stages hosting live performances along with demonstrations from cheerleading, theatrical and dance groups.

As part of the Jubilee celebrations, Poppy Neame has travelled to the island and is performing on the Guernsey Arts music stage.
Miss Neame is the granddaughter of Guernsey’s Occupation-era Lieutenant Governor, Sir Philip Neame. She was involved in the Jubilee fete at Government House yesterday.
