The 321-foot-long boat was docked at the refuelling station at the Harbour yesterday afternoon next to the Condor Clipper, having arrived from Northern Spain. She is due to leave late this afternoon.

Aviva is 12 metres longer than the Condor Rapide at 98 metres, and only just shy of the  Condor Liberation at 102 metres long.

She can reach up to speeds of 20 knots, features a full size tennis court, and is said to act as a personal mobile office for Mr Lewis.

Mr Lewis, 81 is a London-born businessman most famous for his ownership of Tottenham Hotspur FC and is said to be worth £4bn. The father of two now lives in the Bahamas.

Mr Lewis has had four boats so far that have been named Aviva and this state-of-the-art vessel is the latest and biggest of the four capable of housing up to 16 guests very comfortably.
