The organisers of the St Peter Port Sustainable Market say it offers; “an opportunity to shop in a more sustainable way” with a variety of items prepared for sale including the option of bulk buying and plastic free shopping.

Among the goods available to purchase will be local artisan food and products from firms including Smithfield Farm yoghurts, Doggie Deli, Halo Eats and others.
Guernsey meat, fish, fruit and vegetables will be among the food products for sale, while locally made jewellery, craft and clothing will also be available alongside fresh flowers.
Shoppers are reminded to take along their own containers, as the idea is to produce as little waste as possible.
