Gun teams will comprise Castle Keepers, ex-servicemen and representatives of Cannon Asset Management who sponsor the noonday gun throughout the summer season. A number of island leaders are also expected to attend with the Bailiff and Chief Minister having attended previous 21-gun salutes which marked the birth of the new baby’s siblings: Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The firing of the salute will be open to public spectators, with the Castle open as normal for the time of year. However for safety reasons there will be no admission between 11:55 and the conclusion of the gun salute shortly after midday.
The usual admission rates will apply.
