Law Enforcement has created a poster for people in quarantine to stick in their windows or on their door, so trick or treaters know whether to approach their home or not.

The new poster is available to download along with a poster for people who aren’t isolating but would still rather not answer the door to trick or treaters.

“We want you all to have a safe, happy and fun night – but remember, not everyone wants to celebrate in the same way,” a spokesperson for Law Enforcement said.

“Our top tops if you’re heading out:

  • Stick together

  • Go to houses of people you know

  • Wear something bright and take a torch

  • Have fun

  • Stay safe

  • If you see either of the posters in someone’s window, don’t go knocking.”

“Our officers aren’t afraid of no ghost and if there’s an issue, who you gonna call? Us,” the spokesperson added.
