“As a staff team we feel privileged to work with this group and to be let into their world for a short time,” said Project Lead, Denise Ozanne.
“It is always a weekend of caring and thoughtfulness, fun and silliness, reflection and hope.
“The overwhelming feedback from previous weekends was that the Sunflower Project should do this again and that everyone would recommend it to other bereaved families,” she said.

The residential event will include a visit by ‘Dr Tom’ who helps children and young people ask the tough and persistent questions faced by people who’ve suffered a loss.
The final day will include a barbecue where family members are invited to join the children to reflect on the event and develop new friendships.
