TPA, a marketing agency which produces En Voyage magazine on behalf of Aurigny six times a year, confirmed the mistake has been covered over rather than pulling the latest print run.

It also said the costs of doing so were borne by the company and there has been no additional cost to the taxpayer. 

The mistake appeared on the back pages of the 120-page magazine in the duty-free section. 

The magazine is available on all Aurigny services, at stands in the airport, in hotels, “and other high footfall locations,” according to the En Voyage website.
