The quartet are Matthew Kirkland, Aaron Bonner, Cailiegh Quail, and Jessica Vieira.
Lions Club President Ian Barette says: “The achievements of the Club and its gymnasts are sensational, and we are very pleased to be able to use more funding from this year’s Swimarathon to help the Club members who will be part of Great Britain’s team. Their successes are a tribute to their own abilities and the expertise and dedication of their coaches. We wish them the very best of luck.”

The club was set up in 1991 and was originally called the Mont a l’Abbe Special Gymnastics Club. At the time there were just 10 gymnasts and the club was based in a small hall with just eight mats. There are now more than 40 members and the club is recognised world-wide as a centre of excellence.
