Islanders are being offered an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into the people, operations, and stories that make up Guernsey’s airline Aurigny as part of a brand-new podcast series in collaboration with Bailiwick Express.

The ‘Aurigny in the Air(Waves)’ podcast will feature interviews with key local figures across Aurigny’s operations, providing insights into the airline’s engineering, flight operations, ground services, scheduling, cabin crew, and leadership.

“Naturally, there is huge interest in our local airline and what goes on behind the scenes,” said Sam Talbot, Head of Marketing at Aurigny.

“It isn’t always easy to let the public into a highly regulated organisation such as an airline, so this podcast series is one way we can bring our people closer to our community. Listeners will hear directly from a handful of the 318 dedicated local people and personalities who make Guernsey’s airline – many of whom are friends, neighbours, and even family. It’s a chance to showcase our team’s expertise while giving a glimpse into the people who make every flight possible.”
