Sarah Monica Bacon (48) had been in the Lamplighter pub in Mulcaster Street on the evening of 30 July last year.
St. Helier Centenier Shirley Madden, prosecuting, explained that the assistant manager of the pub told Bacon to leave due to her behaviour and she fell on the floor.
“As he tried to lead her out, she fell again. Outside she shouted racial slurs,” the Centenier told the court.
The assistant manager phoned the police, who then arrested her, with officers later finding a small amount of cannabis on her.
Bacon admitted disorderly behaviour, being disorderly on premises and possession of drugs.

Advocate Lucy Marks, defending, pointed out that the quantity of drugs was very small and said: “Mrs Bacon does regret her behaviour that evening and wants to apologise to the court.
“She is shocked that she used racist language.”
However, the advocate added that Bacon had no memory of the incident, explaining: “She struggles with a number of medical conditions, stemming from a brain injury.”
Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris agreed to Advocate Marks’s request for a binding-over order.
He imposed it for three months, as Bacon had not been in trouble since the incident eight months ago, but told her: “The language you used towards the assistant manager is just unacceptable.”
