The “imposing and attractive” building will be fully re-instated, re-fitted and re-decorated for the new tenants.
The site will be available by 24 April 2025, but tenants may be able to secure it before, subject to negotiation.

Burger King used to operate two outlets in the island – one at Les Quennevais Precinct and one next to West’s Centre.
It returned to Jersey after Sandpiper struck a deal with the major franchise in 2016 to reintroduce the fast food chain to the island with a 60-seater restaurant in part of International House at the Parade, the previous home to Fabric Factory.
At the time, the restaurant was also reportedly seeking to open a store in Guernsey.
Sandpiper provided little detail when asked about its future of Burger King’s Jersey premises by Express.
A spokesperson for the group said: “Sandpiper are currently reviewing how best to utilise their retail estate which also includes the Burger King site.”
