Timothy Nicolle is accused of breaking into a property, grave and criminal assault and malicious damage.
He has also been charged under the Firearms Law with carrying an offensive weapon – namely, a kitchen knife – in a public place.
All of the charges are alleged to have occurred on 29 November at multiple properties in St. Lawrence.
Mr Nicolle appeared before Magistrate Peter Harris via video link yesterday, and was represented by Advocate Rebecca Morley-Kirk.
No date has been set for his next court appearance yet, and Mr Nicolle remains in custody.
