The offences are alleged to have taken place between 2011 and 2015.
Mr Le Chevere denies all the allegations made against him, having pleaded ‘not guilty’ to all 13 counts.
The trial began yesterday in the Royal Court, with Crown Advocate Simon Thomas opening the prosecution’s case before the jury of six men and six women. Crown Advocate Thomas told the jury that this case concerns “sexual interference of the most serious kind”.

The court watched four taped Police interviews with the older of the two alleged victims, who accuses the defendant of indecently assaulting her on multiple occasions. In one of these interviews, the young girl said that she felt “scared” and that there was “no chance [she] could have stopped” the alleged abuse.
The alleged victim also said that the sexual assaults she accuses Mr Le Chevere of made her feel “uncomfortable” and “insecure”.
Both the alleged victims in this case will be giving evidence via video link. Royal Court Commissioner Sir John Saunders is presiding over the trial, which is expected to continue into next week.
Mr Le Chevere is being represented by Defence Advocate Ian Jones and has been granted bail subject to various conditions while the trial is underway.
