“It feels really good to put a smile on people’s faces,” he said.
As well as spreading festive cheer, Charlie is also raising money for Swim Easy – a team that supports those with disabilities learn new skills and meet new people.
Charlie has autism, dyspraxia and learning difficulties and is a member of the swim team himself.

He aims to visit as many estates as possible in his car this year and hopes to surpass the £150 that he raised in charity donations last year.
“I am working on a timetable for Christmas Eve,” he explained.
“I don’t want to miss anyone.”
It took Charlie three weeks to deck out the car in its festive body kit, and he has spoken with police to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
“I want to thank Charlotte Bisson for giving me the car,” he added.
After Charlie posted about his car on social media, many islanders expressed their enthusiasm in the comments.
“We spotted this today, my son was over the moon,” one commenter said.
“This car full of positive vibes brightening people’s lives driving around,” added another.
