GMK Construction Limited appeared in the Royal Court on Friday, where the firm pleaded guilty to a single charge of failing to disconnect or isolate the electricity supply at 32 Halkett Place on 7 May 2020.
The court heard that, in failing to take these steps, the company placed a man who was required to work close to electrical service in danger while he was installing a metal reinforcement beam.
This placed him in danger of electric shock, burns or electrocution.
The company will be sentenced on 16 April.
