They last spotted him earlier this month when he spoke to a female police officer in King Street.
That was on Friday 9 January at about 12.15 pm near Rivoli Jewellers but they need to speak to him to help them with an ongoing enquiry.
They say he’s in his 40’s, about 6 ft tall, average build, with a dark or tanned complexion and dark eyes. He has shaved grey hair, a receding hairline and a bald patch at the back of his head. He’s described as having very distinctive teeth and speaks with an English accent.
He was wearing a khaki green puffa jacket and light blue jeans with paint stains and a hole in the knee.
