The man was taken into custody on suspicion of drug trafficking and offences under the Proceeds of Crime Law.
The drugs recovered following the raid, which was executed under a warrant, were described as a “small amount” and were Class B.
The suspect has since been released on police bail whilst enquiries continue.
Police said they were unable to comment further on the matter.
