One of Jersey’s best-known golf clubs is up for sale, with a guide price of £9.95m.
St Ouen-based Les Mielles Golf & Country Club, which sits within Jersey National Park and spans 62 acres, has been operated by the Le Brun family for four generations.
Announcing the sale, director of golf and co-owner Jonathan Le Brun said it had “not been an easy decision”, but that the family believed “now is the right time to hand over the reins”.
“The business is running efficiently, generating income from several complementary streams, including memberships, visitor green fees, food and beverage sales, retail, coaching and events,” he said.

Set across 62 acres in the heart of St Ouen’s Bay, the par‑70 18‑hole parkland‑style course extends to 5,607 yards from its championship tees.
Alongside the golf course, which is arranged as two nine-hole loops, the sale includes the 5,382 sq ft (500m²) central clubhouse and a separate 3,352 sq ft (330m²) fully licensed restaurant and bar.

Marketed through Savills, the sale includes the 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, licensed restaurant and bar, beauty salon, staff accommodation and parking facilities.
The course, which has hosted PGA championships, was originally established in the 1960s after evolving from a family-run farm.
Savills Jersey head of office Geri O’Brien described the site as a “rare turnkey opportunity” with potential for further growth.
“The scale of the landholding in such a special setting – combined with its established business and infrastructure – offers a compelling platform for future ownership and investment,” she said.
