The national day takes place on Thursday 24 August.
To mark this, Jersey’s newly-formed ‘International Cultural Centre’ has promised a week of events, and has so far teased two key dates.
The International Cultural Centre was formed as part of Chief Minister Kristina Moore’s 100-Day Action Plan, and the group guiding its progress is being led by Education Minister Inna Gardiner.
The ICC’s goal is “celebrating our cultural identities and bringing islanders together”, as well as tackling the challenges that come with building a multicultural community.
