The energy company has been working to restore the service since an island-wide outage just over a week ago.
In an update posted on its website at the weekend, Island Energy said: “We have restored gas supply across Jersey.
“All customers who can self-restore can now get gas in their property and our teams of engineers are across the Island working to get all customers’ gas back on.
“Thank you all very much for your patience and understanding as we have been dealing with this issue.
“We know how frustrating it has been, but your safety must be our priority.”
We’d like to thank all our customers for their support over this weekend. Most of our customers are now fully restored & our engineers are continuing to get to those customers who missed our visit.

In a social media post yesterday afternoon, the company added: “We’d like to thank all our customers for their support over this weekend.
“Most of our customers are now fully restored and our engineers are continuing to get to those customers who missed our visit.”
The company stressed it was important that customers who can self-restore follow the instructions on how to do so.
“If you haven’t already received a letter with the instructions, they are on our website,” the statement continued.
“If you do not want to turn the gas on yourself there is a form on our website, and we will get an engineer to visit you.”
