Between 17:40 and 17:50 on Monday 9 August, CCTV reportedly shows three young males causing damage to cushions and to the floor, after using matches in the church to burn paper and candles.

A spokesperson for Guernsey Police said the boys are believed to be around 13 to 15 years old. 

“Guernsey Police are appealing for information regarding this and are giving the juveniles involved the opportunity to come forwards to police,” they said, adding: “This incident has been captured on CCTV.”
