The scheme was first launched in 2005 and has become a successful annual fundraiser for Jersey Hospice Care.
Scott Douglas, the charity’s events officer, said: “Christmas tree collections is always a fantastic fundraising event to start the year.
“It’s a hassle-free way for people to make sure their tree is properly recycled, reduce car emissions, and help raise valuable funds for Hospice.
“We are so grateful to all our volunteers and supporters, including individuals and businesses, who continue to support us with the collection service and help make it possible.”

Christmas tree collections this year will take place on the 3 and 4 January for businesses in St Helier, and the 6 and 7 January for households and businesses outside of town.
Businesses are asked to sign up to the scheme by 14:00 on 2 January and households by 23:30 on 4 January.
Those who register for the service will receive a confirmation of their collection date closer to the time.
Organisers are also looking for volunteers with vans to help collect and transport Christmas trees.
