Released by Statistics Jersey today, the latest House Price Index figures show that turnover of properties was 8% higher than it was a year ago.
Overall, the average price of a Jersey home stood at £709,000, more than doubling the UK figure of £294,000.
Broken down by home, the average house prices compared to the previous quarter were as follows…
One-bedroom flat
£370,000 ↑ (Up from £353,000)
Two-bedroom flat
£557,000 ↑ (Up from 536,000)
Two-bedroom house
£632,000 ↓ (Down from £664,000)
Three-bedroom house
£904,000 ↑ (Up from £853,000)
Four-bedroom house
£1.3m = (Little change)
