The previous permission had lapsed last June, therefore the 12-month permission will now be in force for another four months until 24 June.
However, a condition of the lease agreement between the kiosk and its landlord, the Parish of St. Brelade, is that it moves within 28 days of the nearby Nude Food restaurant/café opening.
The Hideout used to be based at the top of the access road, next to the former public toilet block, before the latter was demolished and replaced with an eatery, which is due to open in April.

The parish initially did not object to the one-year extension but a second submission, by Constable Mike Jackson, opposed to the application, after he was informed that Nude Food would be handed over to the operators on 17 April with a proposed opening date of 24 April.
Mr Jackson spoke in opposition at the Planning Committee hearing but the group of politicians approved the application, which the Planning Officer assigned to the case had recommended they do.
