Mark Henderson, from Chelmsford, appeared in Court with his Advocate, Adam Harrison.
Relief Magistrate David Le Cornu declined jurisdiction and remanded Mr Henderson in custody to appear in the Magistrate’s Court again on 3 July.
Man charged following cannabis seizure
A 49-year-old man appeared in Jersey’s Magistrate’s court yesterday charged in connection with the seizure of 20kg of cannabis, and a small amount of cocaine, at the Elizabeth Terminal over the weekend.
