Terence Martin Quinn, from Salford, appeared in the Royal Court on Friday 31 March.
He was charged with one count of false imprisonment, one count of grave and criminal assault, and one count of rape.
The alleged offences all took place at the Oaklands Lodge Hotel in Trinity over three days in 2022.
Mr Quinn, who was represented by Advocate Chris Baglin, is next due to appear in court on 22 May 2023.
The Bailiff, Timothy Le Cocq, was presiding. Crown Advocate Matthew Maletroit appeared on behalf of the prosecution.
