Danut Nistor, from Romania, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Friday.

The Court heard the 36-year-old exposed himself near children in a public place on the 17 October 2016.

Nistor is also charged with causing an outrage to public decency by exposing himself in public on eight occasions between the 1 May 2016 and the 10 August 2017. He’s admitted another charge of making seven indecent images in a public place during the same period.

The 36-year-old has a further offence of making an indecent image in the Marks and Spencer’s King Street store in St Helier on 5 August 2017.

Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris ordered Nistor to reappear at the Magistrate’s court on 2 February 2018 for sentencing.

He’s been remanded on bail with restrictions on internet use.
