The man, who is in his 30s, was taken to hospital after the Ann Street fall.
He remains in “serious condition”.
Emergency Services were alerted to the accident at 13:38 yesterday. Ambulances, Police and the Fire Service all attended.
A spokesperson said no arrests have been made, but “an investigation is underway by the Health and Safety Inspectorate.”
