Mr McMahon is charged with a single count of manslaughter on 21 September this year at Springfield Stadium.
The allegation relates to the “unlawful death of Melvin Christopher Murphy” (pictured top).

Pictured: The case will be heard in the Royal Court after Mr McMahon appeared in the Magistrate’s Court today.
Mr McMahon was represented by Advocate James Bell and Legal Adviser Advocate Carla Carvalho appeared for the prosecution.
Relief Magistrate David Le Cornu, presiding, informed Mr McMahon that his case will be sent to the Royal Court.
Mr McMahon remains on conditional bail whilst he awaits his next court date.
