He also shouted and swore at court staff before being led out before being led out.
Advocate Katie Ridley, prosecuting, said Le Masurier’s string of offences dated back to 23 May this year. The Yamaha motorcyle he was riding at the time had a number of dangerous defects such as damaged bodywork and wheel rim, a missing rear reflector and an oil leak.
Between 15 and 23 June he stole a clutch handle and a mirror from another motorbike. And at 00:30 on 28 October police officers saw him approaching Havana nightclub while carrying a plank of wood with nails protruding from it, and heard him say: “I’m going to sort him out myself.”
He then refused to obey a police officer when told to leave the area.

At 02:20 on 18 November Le Masurier was spotted by a police patrol riding an unregistered and uninsured electric bike with a missing back light and faulty speedometer, and without wearing a safety helmet. He also rode the wrong way up a one-way street.
When searched he was found to be in possession of cannabis and diazepam.
Advocate Sarah Dale, defending, said Le Masurier “does take insurance seriously” but had not realised he needed separate insurance for his electric bike.
He had not worn a helmet, she said, because he considered the vehicle more akin to a push bike. And she added that he had a good employment record, saying: “Mr Le Masurier is constantly either looking for work or in work. He is not spending lots of time out of work.”

Relief Magistrate Peter Harris imposed six-month binding over orders for possession of drugs and refusing to obey a police officer and a total of £1,400 in fines for the other offences, allowing him to pay at the rate of £120 per month.
He told him: “We are all hopeful that you will get more settled and will lead a nicer life than getting arrested.”
But Le Masurier said: “Give me the custodial. I’m not paying that. I want the custodial. Send me straight up to La Moye.”
When he was told he was not being offered the option, he refused to leave the dock, until he was escorted out by security guards.
