Three cars were involved in the collision on Route de l’Aleval in St. Peter’s Valley around 19:30 yesterday.
The occupants of two suffered no injuries, but the Fire and Rescue Service said the other’s impact against a tree left a female “trapped by the wreckage of the vehicle which had impinged into the passenger compartment on impact.”

Firefighters had to use hydraulic power tools to cut the passenger free.
