Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in St Helier in which two men left the scene before officers arrived.
The incident happened at around 4.30pm on Thursday 23 April on Great Union Road at the junction with Albert Street. It involved a silver BMW X5 and a blue Peugeot 108.
According to police, the BMW driver and rear-seat passenger both left the area prior to officers attending.
The two individuals are described as white males. One was wearing a grey short-sleeved top, black shorts and white trainers, and may have suffered a minor leg injury. The second was wearing a black T-shirt, dark shorts and grey-and-black trainers.
Officers are now seeking to identify and speak with the two men as part of their enquiries.
Police are urging anyone who was on Great Union Road or nearby streets at the time of the collision to come forward, particularly if they saw the two men after the crash.
They are also asking motorists and residents in the area to review any dashcam or private CCTV footage that may assist the investigation.
