They say it took place in the early hours of Saturday outside the old Odeon building, near Millennium Park.
The fight is believed to have started at about 02:30 close to the junction of Tunnell Street and Bath Street before spilling into a private parking area adjacent to what is now the Freedom Church.
It is believed one of the males was stripped to the waist before the confrontation and that two victims were left with minor injuries. They complained to the Police the following day.
