Previously only negative PCR covid tests from the UK were accepted, but, starting on Tuesday (28 September) Jersey will accept negative pre-departure PCR tests from all countries.
Passengers must complete the usual pre-departure form, declaring that they have completed or will be completing a pre-departure PCR test and will be bringing evidence of the negative test result to be checked for validity on arrival.
Their negative test certificate must be in English or come with a translation and include:
- passenger’s name and date of birth
- date the test sample was collected or received by the test provider
- name of the test provider and their contact details
- confirmation that the test is a PCR test
