Organised in association with the Jersey Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Jersey Post, the awards celebrate excellence, best practice and innovation in customer service. The aim is to highlight the contribution great customer service can make to a business’s success.

The public is invited to nominate individuals or teams who have gone beyond the call of duty in offering from across the Island’s business community.

Last year’s winners included the team at the Tot Stop Crèche at Co-op Grand Marché as overall winners; Joe Gomes of the Somerville Hotel won the tourism award and partners at Waitrose were named the best team.

Award categories are:

  • Employee of a large business

  • Employee of a medium business

  • Employee of a small business

  • Self employed person

  • Public sector worker

  • Tourism award

  • Aspiring star (young person) award

  • Parish of St Helier hospitality award

  • Parish of St Helier transport excellence award

  • Humble volunteer (charitable services)

  • Best team

  • Best overall customer experience
