Shinzo co-founder Gavin Neil Roberts (43) – who has been in custody following the alleged incident since 31 October – appeared before the Deputy Bailiff at the Royal Court on Friday via video link and pleaded ‘not guilty’.
A three-day trial has been scheduled to take place in June.
Mr Roberts was remanded in custody, and will next appear in court for a directions hearing on 27 February.
