Scott Leonard Charles and Zoe Leonora Furlong are accused of having assaulted a man and a woman on or around 8 December 2018 in St. Helier.
Represented respectively by Advocate Francesca Pinel and James Sheedy, the siblings denied both offences.
Crown Advocate Conrad Yates said the prosecution wished to “pursue the matter to trial” and suggested a three-day assize trial to start on 20 May.
A plea and directions hearing will take place on 24 April.
Mr Furlong, who has admitted three charges of malicious damage for offences committed between 24 and 26 November, has been remanded in custody until the trial.
Ms Furlong remains on conditional bail and has been told not to contact either alleged victims, directly or indirectly.
