The figures show that last year 223 States employees were paid over £100,000 a year in 2015, down from 232 in 2014.
The Health and Social Services Department had the most high-earners, with 112 being paid over £100,000 a year in 2015.
Non-Ministerial bodies are next with 27 employees paid over £100,000 while the Chief Minister’s Department had 26.
The individual paid more than £330,000 comes under the category of Non-Ministerial Bodies.
The FOI shows that in 2008 the highest earning States employees were paid between £230,000 to £249,000 a year, whereas the highest earner in 2015 was paid between £330,000 and £339,000.
There are no exact like for like figures for 2008 and 2015, but in 2008 a total of 101 States employees earnt over £110,000 a year.
The FOI request said States pay figures for 2016 will be available early next year.
