A woman was left with minor injuries after a car reportedly collided with a vehicle, shunting it into another, in a layby next to the People’s Park earlier this week.
Police said the incident took place at about 5pm on Monday and is being investigated.

A spokesperson for the force said it was alleged that a man in his early 60s was driving a black Mini Cooper north along St Aubin’s Road and collided with a van, which was pushed into another car – both of which were parked in the first layby nearest to the People’s Park.
“Between the van and parallel car was the car owner, who suffered minor injury,” the spokesperson continued.
“The incident is being investigated. We are looking for witnesses, dashcam footage, to further the investigation.”
