At the gala ceremony last night at Fort Regent, Grainville School collected two awards for Not for Profit Organisation of the Year and the Award for Development Skills, while Jersey Post received the Community Enterprise Award, the only category that is voted for by the general public.

The other winners were:

 Small and Medium Sized Enterprise of the Year Award sponsored by Investec: ROK Construction

Award for International Sales sponsored by Locate Jersey: Jersey Dairy

Environmental Award sponsored by Jersey Electricity: Creepy Valley Adventure Centre

 Award for Application of Technology sponsored by Digital Jersey: Hub Europe

 A capacity audience of more than 700 people attended the Awards for Enterprise, Jersey’s biggest business event of the year. It was the culmination of a week of celebration of entrepreneurial spirit which featured a series of events and seminars on subjects from young enterprise to using technology to drive international growth.

Andy Cook, Chief Executive of the event organisers, Jersey Business, said: “Yet again we have seen the high calibre of businesses that are operating in Jersey, through these awards. The quality of the entries has been extremely high and although the judges had to select a winner in each category, all of the finalists are to be commended. The Jersey Business Awards for Enterprise are a showcase for the entrepreneurial spirit and talent that exists in Jersey and we are looking forward to growing the event further in years to come.”

The 2015 Jersey Business Awards for Enterprise will be held on Friday 12th June.
