Charlotte Neale is up for the ‘Aztec Group Sporting Performance of the Year’ award for athletes under 21 years old in the RaceNation 2019 Sport and Move More Jersey Awards.
She is nominated alongside Tom Deffains, Isaac Dodds, Cameron Pirouet and Grace Greenwood.
The award will be one of ten presented during the gala dinner at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel on 18 October. During the evening, golfer Ted Ray and shooter Cliff Mallet will be inducted into the Jersey Sport Hall of Fame, sponsored by Ocorian, in recognition of their “outstanding contribution to island sport.”
The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to an islander who has dedicated a significant amount of time to sport or active living.
Olympic Gold medalist and Ambassador for the Dame Kelly Homes Trust, Amy Williams MBE, will be present at the award ceremony to speak about her work and Jersey Sport’s partnership with the Trust.
