Three finalists have been announced for the Soroptimist International Jersey’s 26th Inspirational Woman of the Year Award.
The shortlist is made up of Carole Stockill, Ceri Tinley, and Kate Wright.
Ms Stockill is the founder of non-profit group Laugh, Move and Groove which provide charities and organisations around the island with ‘laughter yoga’ classes and seated exercise.
Ms Tinley is the founder and managing director of luxury chalet business Consensio Ski, which offers stays in exclusive chalets and apartments in Val d’Isere, Courchevel and Meribel.
She also mentors other female business owners, and is the founder of teen-run club See Her Run.
Finally, Ms Wright is the CEO of local domestic abuse charity FREEDA.
She also chaired the Government of Jersey’s Violence Against Woman and Girls Taskforce and is a contributor to ConnectMe.je.
The award will be presented to the winner at an afternoon tea at The Savoy Hotel on Friday 27 June from 14:30.
