Brooke Briscoe phoned the man 20 times between 21 and 27 January this year.
She admitted the charge of using a telecommunications device for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety when she appeared in the Magistrate’s Court earlier this week.
Advocate Nicholas Miere, defending, pointed out that Briscoe had no previous convictions and said: “It was behaviour that was very out of character.
“She regrets her poor decision-making and she is genuinely remorseful for the distress and anxiety caused.”
He added that there had been no more nuisance phone calls since.
