It could be a tough match for the Sarnian side, with James Mroch writing in his match preview that the English visitors had a successful campaign in Counties 1 Kent last season, finishing second and narrowly missing out on promotion to level 6.
Last season also saw the ‘Beccs’ visit Footes Lane for a pre-season contest which the Vikings won by a single point.
Mooch writes that “they will no doubt be looking to leave the island with a result this time. This looks set to be another interesting contest.”
Kick-off in this game is 14:00 on Saturday 31 August.
Tom Creed is expected to return to the St Jacques side after missing last weekend’s win over Jersey seconds, where the greens came home with a 19-26 victory.
Will Creber is also likely to be involved tomorrow, whilst Marcus Whitfield is another new player expected to make his debut.
