In a game which at times looked to be getting away from them, Guernsey produced the winning runs with just six balls to spare.
Matt Stokes’ 67 not out won him the player of the match.
Guernsey captain Ollie Nightingale won the toss and elected to bowl first in the final in the of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier C.
Denmark rattled up 158/7 from their 20 overs, with the tall Nicolaj Laegsgaard coming in at number six the pick of the batsmen with some big booming shots among his 62 runs which included half a dozen sixes.
Guernsey were 35 for 2 after five overs having lost Ben Fitchet and Tom Nightingale.
It was then that Josh Butler and Stokes got to work and accelerated the run rate.
Butler fell for 43 just a ball after Guernsey had reached the century mark in the 12th over.
Zack Damarell followed quickly after attempting a reverse sweep and the game was in danger of shifting in momentum again.
But Captain Ollie Nightingale joined Stokes at the crease to help see his side home.
It capped off a successful week-long tournament where nine teams joined the home side in the competition.
