A financial services company has recently announced changes to its senior leadership team in Jersey.

Mr Rae, who has over 17 years of experience at JTC, will also maintain his existing operational and strategic role as Chief Operating Officer in the Institutional Client Services Division.

Meanwhile, Mr Weir will move to a new strategic role within JTC’s Group Risk and Compliance team, where he will focus on developing a new Business Control function, using his experience in the trust and fiduciary services sector

He will also continue his existing role as European Regional Head for Private Client Services.

Nigel Le Quesne, CEO, JTC, said: “I am extremely grateful for Paul’s excellent tenure as our Jersey Managing Director. He has played a critical leadership role throughout a period of significant growth for our Jersey business and for the Group as a whole. His experience will be vital in this new strategic role within our Risk and Compliance function.

“In addition, we are delighted that Kenny will be taking over the reins as our new Managing Director in Jersey. He has vast experience, having been pivotal in developing and enhancing our funds capabilities in recent years.

“The depth of knowledge and leadership expertise he brings to the role will be invaluable as we continue to focus on our ambitious growth objectives over the coming years.”
