Do you have comprehensive knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF regulation and Codes of Practices relevant to Funds? If so, our client needs you! A Client Compliance Officer is required to carry out a full range of compliance activities and be the designated Key Person for a portfolio of Client Regulated entities. You will also act as MLRO for both company and client supervised entities and will be responsible for overall compliance and oversight of client entities which are either Regulated and/or Supervised. Relevant experience is essential supported by a Table 4 qualification in Compliance, AML/CFT/CPF or similar. A methodical and organised approach is required along with excellent decision making skills being able to make high quality decisions in a timely manner that drives the organisation forward.
